Refund & Return Policy
At The Plug Zone, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-made when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors or buyer's remorse.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a print error, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Plugzoneapparrel@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages If your order shows no movement for more than 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international) after the shipping confirmation email, contact us and we will investigate and resolve the issue with a reprint or refund.
The following are not covered:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after order is placed
- Slight color variations due to monitor display differences
We recommend reviewing our size guide carefully before ordering. All sales are final on non-defective items.
